Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not release any informtion we receive from you. Your email and account information are confidential. You may receive updates about our artwork products occasionally.
Shipping: Your artwork will be shipped within 3-6 days of placing your order, and you should receive your artwork within 7-15 days of placing your order. Contact Artbazz if you need your artwork sooner than the 12-15 day window. You will be notified by email when your package ships. After placing your order, please open your email to confirm you placed the order. The simple act of opening the email is the confirmation.
Shipping Rate: Currently, all artwork ships for the flat rate of $5. After this promotional, shipping rates will vary.
Packaging: Large prints will be sent rolled in a tub. Small to medium size prints will be mailed flat in a card board envelop made for prints. Prints do not come with framing, we encourage your to find a local framer and ask for archival framing as soon as possible, after receiving your print.
Pricing: All prices are clearly indicated on each Giclee when you click on the detail link in the shop, you must choose an option to display the price of each item.
Returns: You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if it is in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. The artwork cannot be received damaged in any way. A full refund will be applied to another choice of artwork. You must contact us before returning your artwork.
Giclee Reproductions: Giclees closely resemble original pieces of art, not perfectly, but close. Artbazz reproduces glicee prints, on either paper or canvas of the original artwork of artist, Lois Center-Shabazz. We use a 12-color, wider format printer, with uv resistant pigmented and archival ink. The papers and canvas vary, but are all high grade and archival. Many prints are on Hahnemuhle fine art canvas and paper from Germany. The paper is matt premium or watercolor. The canvas is Hahnemhule Monet Canvas. There are many variations of color on customer computer monitors, therefore your picture may not perfectly match the print you receive. Each print is signed by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity.
Framing Your Artwork: We currently do not offer framing. In some special cases we may accept request for framing, but prints as noted in the shop, are all shipped without frames. We encourage you obtain a local framer in your area as soon as possible, for framing protects your artwork. We recommend archival framing methods only. All sales are final.
